Location was good

My stay at the resort was truly delightful. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure everything was perfect . The rooms were cozy and the overall ambiance was peaceful and relaxing. The view was absolutely breathtaking—truly a highlight of the experience. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a serene getaway.

Good property

Peaceful property nestled in nature . Perfect place to unwind as there is WiFi only in the restaurant area. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and spacious rooms. Good breakfast options. While the food is good the prices are quite high for lunch and dinner. The swimming pool was not temperature controlled, and it would have been really good had the water been warmer, especially since it was cloudy and windy during our stay. However, we still ended up going to the pool every day .

The property was excellent. Very green with lots of unique trees and plants. The rooms were beautiful, especially the patio. The bed and pillow were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. Spacious enough for 2 people. Loved the walk in the property. Restaurant is located uphill and serves excellent food with great service. The staff is very friendly. Swimming pool area is great. It could have benefited from being a heated pool but otherwise nice views from the pool overlooking the hills.

The Pool is the best part of this property along with the super clean cottages. The bathrooms are huge and nice. The view is spectacular and serene. Very underrated property.

It was a pleasant stay with very scenic views. Rooms were neat and clean and the staff were very courteous.

The location is very good and peaceful. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room is neat. The pool is good and has a good backdrop. The views from the restaurant are good. The breakfast buffet is adequate.

Beautiful property nestled amidst nature. The infinity pool offers great views

The property is well managed, very clean and maintained. Location is perfect for its isolation putting you closer to nature. Food is really good in the restaurant and the staff are amazing including the chef. Other facilities are a great addition making spending time at the pool and games are a breeze.

Gorgeous location on top of the hill overlooking The valley amidst lovely tropical gardens. Restaurant has stunning views , dinner and breakfast were delicious. Room very comfortable with lovely valley view. The staff very kindly upgraded us to a room with a view on arrival- would definitely recommend ! The plantation tour of nearby certified organic Magnolia Mist was fascinating and worthwhile. We saw the coffee tea and vanilla growing and were able to purchase at end.

Liked nothing

Everything was excellent during 6 days!!!! What a beautiful resort and with attention for each deatail! And the tasteful and various food in the beautifully decorated restaurant with masks and Chittara paintings, surrounded by splendid view and swimming pool. Furthermore the best massage that i had twice and above all- the staff- ALL- so professional and kind- thank you Heritage Resort!!!!

The ambience is good. Restaurants location, food menu, staff behaviour.

The garden is beautiful. The view from the restaurant is really nice and the setting of the pool is great. The stuff in the restaurant was friendly and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast including the price, it was quite good.

Comfortable stay overall

Everything was great

The property is just amazing nature all around, greenery everywhere. Rooms are very clean with good lights. Coffee powder, tea bag, sugar and biscuits along with 3 bottles of water is available in Deluxe cottage. Old style wooden door, Chair, Cupboard, and Table are very good as it is antique piece. Washroom is very clean and comes with hair dryer, toothbrush, shampoo, razor, and towels. Food is very nice in restaurant, good taste with sufficient quantity (both buffet and a la carte menu are available). Property has swimming pool in front of the restaurant (infinity view pool) the best view from the property with amazing sunset view. Staff are very nice and informative. Property gave few chocolates as a complimentary on the day we check in. Property has indoor games like Table tennis, carrom, chess etc. Easy check-in process and property has extra few extra options like (trekking, private waterfall etc which come with extra cost) Overall it’s a very nice place and much recommended stay.
